I still haven't lost any weight. I have to stop eating so much. Well stop eating so much shit. I need to start making healthy choices instead of just eating whatever is easiest. My goals for this week are: * go to the gym at least 3 times... hey, got to get my money's worth out of this membership. * cut out the sugar in my coffee * cut out chocolate, if I need a snack after dinner then have a yoghurt or some fruit. * remember to take diabetes tablets |
