::28.10.05:: Check In I think I need to make myself write lines - I should write out "Kathryn must not get on the scales before weigh in day" because after my sooky la la fit yesterday, I weighed in today and I've lost weight. I'm down to 85.7 kilos! Woohoo! That's a 600 gram loss from last week. I'm just 600 grams off 25 kilos gone.
