::16.1.05:: How Not to Diet Last week I started a dieting competition with my mum and sister. They are doing Weight Watchers and I'm not. We are comparing weight loss tomorrow and I think I've put on weight. It hasn't been a good week.
Sure, I could have NOT had that tiramisu or the chocolate tonight or the other nasties. Maybe I'll have to try harder this week.
