How Not to Diet

Last week I started a dieting competition with my mum and sister. They are doing Weight Watchers and I'm not. We are comparing weight loss tomorrow and I think I've put on weight. It hasn't been a good week.

Sure, I could have NOT had that tiramisu or the chocolate tonight or the other nasties. Maybe I'll have to try harder this week.

Ok, so I'm a slack arse about dieting but I've decided to give it another go. I'll update more soon.

No, I mean really soon. Not like one of those blogs were someone says they are going to update soon but then you notice the last entry was like 2 years ago.
