The other day I joined the gym. I have been walking regularly over the summer but, now daylight savings has ended, I don't like walking in the dark. This way I can go to the gym and use the treadmill and get my walking done in relative safety.
I still haven't lost any weight. I have to stop eating so much. Well stop eating so much shit. I need to start making healthy choices instead of just eating whatever is easiest.
My goals for this week are:
* go to the gym at least 3 times... hey, got to get my money's worth out of this membership.
* cut out the sugar in my coffee
* cut out chocolate, if I need a snack after dinner then have a yoghurt or some fruit.
* remember to take diabetes tablets
